Delete Your Account - TaskFlow AI

This page explains how to request deletion of your TaskFlow AI account and all data associated with it. We process every verified request within 30 days, in line with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and Google Play’s user data deletion policy.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the app itself:

1Open the Mr TaskFlow app and sign in.

2Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.

3Scroll to Settings → Account.

4Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. You will be signed out and your data will be erased from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us to request deletion

If you can no longer sign in (forgot password, lost device, uninstalled app), email us from the address registered to your account and we will verify and delete it for you.

The email address you used to sign up
The subject line: Delete my TaskFlow AI account
A short confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent

We will reply within 7 business days to confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

What we may retain

For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and security reasons we may keep a minimal record for a limited period after deletion:

Transaction records — if you made any purchases, financial records are kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax laws.
Anonymised diagnostic logs — server logs that no longer identify you may be retained for up to 90 days.
Abuse / fraud records — if your account was terminated for policy violation, a hash of your email may be kept to prevent re-registration.

None of this retained data is used to contact you, profile you, or share with any third party.

Frequently asked questions

Is deletion reversible?

No. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you simply want a break, you can sign out of the app instead.

How long does it take?

Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Most requests are processed within 7 days.

Can I export my data first?

Yes. Before deleting, you can export your tasks and notes from Profile → Settings → Export Data in the app, or email us at [email protected] and we will send you a copy.

What about app data stored on my device?

To remove app data stored locally on your phone, uninstall Mr TaskFlow from your device. On Android, you can also clear app data from Settings → Apps → Mr TaskFlow → Storage → Clear data.

Will I receive confirmation?

Yes. We will email you when your deletion request has been processed.
