Delete Your Account - TaskFlow AI

This page explains how to delete your TaskFlow AI account and the data linked to it. We complete every verified request within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR, the EU GDPR where it applies, and Google Play’s user data deletion policy.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from the app itself:

1Open the app and sign in.

2Tap Profile.

3Go to Settings → Account.

4Tap Delete Account and confirm.

You will be signed out, and your account and associated data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email us to request deletion

If you can’t sign in (for example, you forgot your password, lost your device or uninstalled the app), email [email protected] from the address linked to your account.

The subject line: Delete my TaskFlow AI account
A short confirmation that you understand deletion is permanent

We will reply within 7 business days to confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What we may keep

For legal, tax, fraud-prevention and security reasons, we may keep a small amount of data for a limited time:

Purchase and transaction records — up to 7 years, to meet tax and accounting rules.
Anonymised diagnostic logs — logs that no longer identify you, for up to 90 days.
Abuse and fraud records — if an account was closed for breaking our terms, a hash of the email address may be kept to stop it being registered again.
Support emails — for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep a reasonable record of it.

We don’t use this data to contact you, profile you or advertise to you. AI providers you used keep data according to their own policies (see our Privacy Policy).

Frequently asked questions

Can I undo a deletion?

No. Deletion is permanent and your data can’t be recovered. If you just want a break, sign out instead.

How long does it take?

Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

Can I export my data first?

Yes. Export it from Profile → Settings → Export Data in the app, or email [email protected] and we will send you a copy.

What about data stored on my device?

Uninstall the app, or on Android go to Settings → Apps → TaskFlow AI: Daily Plan & ToDo → Storage → Clear data. API keys you entered for AI providers are stored only on your device and are removed this way.

Will I get a confirmation?

Yes. We will email you once your deletion request has been completed.
